Rates and Cancellation Policy
Our rates are divided into Summer (high season to October 31). Winter (low season) is November 1 to April 30. (please see individual accommodation pages for pricing).Special holiday weekends in the winter may be priced differently, for example New Years Eve and Valentines Day. Generally American holidays do not have an impact on pricing.
All of our prices are quoted in Canadian currency and guests need to be aware that taxes are not included, currently the applicable taxes are thirteen percent on packages and rooms. The rate is for two people to stay in the room; no more guests may stay in a room without notice. Supplementary charges will be applied for additional guests.
Our packages are priced on a per person per night basis before taxes and meal gratuities to provide comparability to other packages in the market. Our Reservations Agent will ensure that you know the final price of your package before processing your reservation.
Most weekends we require a minimum two night stay, but trapped nights are sometimes available closer to the date of stay. The Jordan House offers single night weekend stays. All of the property is legislated smoke-free (we allow outdoor smoking).
All Inn rooms are quoted with breakfast for two unless you advise otherwise. Breakfast features from scratch breakfast breads, housemade granola, fruit and a chef’s hot feature of the day. Additional offerings such as a Classic American Breakfast can be ordered but modest supplemental charges apply.
We are a small Inn and we do not overbook our rooms, once we confirm your reservation, the room is taken out of inventory. You are safer, but the converse of this certainty is that we must rigorously apply our cancellation policy.
For both the Inn and the Jordan House a night’s room charge is due as a deposit at the time of booking a room. The deposit is refunded if we receive notice of a single cancellation 7 days prior to the date of arrival. An administrative fee of $20 is applied to all cancellations.
