When we went hunting for heritage architectural pieces for the inn we found some great columned dividers that we used between the fireplace seating areas and the king sized beds of these suites. An open uncluttered feeling prevails. Each room has a corner whirlpool tub and a separate shower in its spacious bathroom. Two sizeable windows* in each Alcove Suite lend the freshness of natural light to the rooms. The upstairs Alcoves (Suites 15-18) have original high wooden beamed ceilings
*Farrell and Honsberger are an exception in having an ample single window but have the advantage of being right off our inn patio garden.
Our three Garden Alcoves have the charming addition of a private gated garden accessed by French doors: they are priced to reflect that difference in the summer, but are sold at the same price as all alcoves in the winter, this makes them a bit of a treat to our off season guests!
