Inn On The Twenty Restaurant
Predating the main Inn by a number of years, Inn On The Twenty Restaurant originated to help bring regional food together with local wine.
With inspiration all around from Niagara’s bounty, our goal is to make innovative dishes using local ingredients that complement Niagara wine, leaving guests appreciating the diversity and complexity of flavours from our region.
The Inn On The Twenty Restaurant dining room is charming, intimate, warm and offers a panoramic view of the lush perennial garden and Twenty Valley. Facing due west, it’s the perfect setting for romantic sunset dinners. The mood is comfortable, charming and inviting and our staff are well versed in all kinds of food and wine and would be happy to make recommendations.
Offering a full bar we serve both VQA wines and other selected wine, cocktails and beer.
Executive Chef Jason Williams
Chef Jason Williams is a native to the Niagara region and has 20 years of experience working in the food and beverage industry. Williams received his education through Niagara College’s Culinary program. After college, Williams traveled to Ireland where he worked at the Trident Hotel and Mount Wolseley. In 2001, he returned to Niagara-on-the-Lake to work at the Oban Inn with Andrew Dymond. After 3 years he joined Stephen Treadwell at Queen’s Landing Hotel.
In 2004, Williams traveled to England where further notable training took place: he worked alongside Chef Michael Caines at both Gidleigh Park (2 Michelin star) in Chagford and the Royal Clarence Hotel (4 AA Rosette) in Exeter.
Williams returned to Niagara in 2006 and joined StephenTreadwell once again as Sous Chef and was later named Chef de Cuisine at Treadwell Cuisine. Williams comes to On The Twenty Restaurant from Peninsula Lakes Golf Club in Fenwick. Chef Williams believes in creating exceptional cuisine with simplicity and using fresh ingredients from the bounty of Niagara. We look forward to Chef Jason Williams’ continued endeavours here at On The Twenty Restaurant.

Celebrating my wife's birthday with friends, I was hopeful that our past experiences here would hold true for this dinner, and of course, the experience was every bit as good as hoped.
