Predating the main Inn by a number of years, Inn On The Twenty Restaurant originated to help bring regional food together with local wine.
With inspiration all around from Niagara’s bounty, our goal is to provide an outstanding dining make innovative dishes using local ingredients that complement Niagara wine, leaving guests appreciating the diversity and complexity of flavours from our region.
The Inn On The Twenty Restaurant dining room is charming, intimate, warm and offers a panoramic view of the lush perennial garden and Twenty Valley. Facing due west, it’s the perfect setting for romantic sunset dinners. The mood is comfortable, charming and inviting and our staff are well versed in all kinds of food and wine and would be happy to make recommendations.
Offering a full bar we serve both VQA wines and other selected wine, cocktails and beer.
Executive Chef Sheila Polingga
Chef Sheila Polingga has been a valuable member of the culinary team at Inn On The Twenty Restaurant since 2011 and worked in the creative light of some of Niagara’s best chefs during her career. With her years of experience, Chef Polingga has developed her own style of culinary excellence and we are inspired by her enthusiasm, creativity and all that she brings to her position of Executive Chef at Inn On The Twenty Restaurant. Chef Polingga was born and raised in Laguna, Philippines. In 2004, her love of travel and cuisine brought her to Canada where she started her formal culinary education.
Chef Polingga joined the team at Inn On The Twenty Restaurant after graduating from her culinary program and this is when her creativity and inspiring work ethic were quickly noticed by the executive team. Chef Polingga moved her way up the culinary ladder and in 2016, was promoted to Executive Sous-Chef where she also spearheaded the successful expansion of the catering department at Inn On The Twenty Restaurant. After gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of the world class cuisine that Inn On The Twenty Restaurant has become known for, Chef Polingga earned her place as the Executive Chef in late 2018. Vintage Hotels is so proud to have one of Niagara’s best chef’s leading our culinary team at Inn On The Twenty Restaurant in Jordan, Ontario and are excited to share in the bright future of one of Niagara’s premier chefs.
