Spa Policies

Appointment Times:

Daily 9am – 5pm

We can open for groups outside these hours.

We kindly ask that patrons arrive 30 minutes before the start of their appointment to fill out a health profile, change into plush spa robes to give ample time to decompress and relax.

Please note that late arrivals may result in the shortening of treatments to avoid inconveniencing other spa guests. A full treatment fee will be applied.

Day guests are required to provide a credit card to book, while inn guests may have spa charges applied to their room.

Cancellation of individual appointments less than 72 hours in advance will result in a full charge. Appointment times totalling more than 7 hours require 7 days notice for cancellation to avoid a full charge.

To ensure maximum relaxation and enjoyment of our spa, guests must be 16 years or older.

Be truly pampered with lunch at the Spa! Choose from our specialized luncheon menu prepared by the renowned Inn On The Twenty Restaurant. Each entrée includes a seasonal dessert. Please ask at the time of booking.

Don’t let the blissful moments of the day end here! To extend the Spa On The Twenty experience, your therapist can recommend the appropriate skincare products for the perfect at-home routine.

Gratuities are not included in the treatment price but are always appreciated for outstanding service. They can be given in the form of cash, as an addition to your credit card or debit transaction, or assigned to your guest suite.

Cellular devices are not permitted in the spa. We kindly ask that cell phones are left in your secure locker or suite. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change. Applicable taxes are added to all spa treatments.
