Booking Your Spa Appointment
Appointment Times:Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM
Friday 10 AM to 7 PM
Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM
We can open for groups outside these hours.
Policies:We ask patrons to arrive 30 minutes before appointments to start to relax by getting into robes, filling in treatment forms and to generally decompress.
We do not permit cellphones or pagers and we prefer to serve adults only: these suggestions are to promote a peaceful environment for all guests.
Pricing:Applicable taxes will be added to all spa charges. Gratuities are not included on Spa Treatments though we welcome any recognition you wish to make as a reflection upon our service.
All packages are subject to 15% gratuity.
Cancellations:Cancellation of individual appointments less than 72 hours in advance will result in a full charge. Appointments totaling more than 7 hours require 7 days notice for cancellation to avoid full charge. Day Guests supply a credit card to book while Inn guests may have charges applied to their room.
Spa Going Hints:
Some treatments are not suitable for specific medical conditions; please consult your physician prior to appointments if you have any concerns.
Please leave valuables at home or in your guest room. We have lockers but it is very easy to leave small items behind.
We provide robes and slippers, but guests are welcome to wear whatever of their own lounge wear they would prefer. Pedicure customers often prefer to wear their own sandals so that polish drying time is as long as possible.
Several of our treatments and facials require us to use products near your hairline so we suggest that you forego elaborate hair-dos before a spa day.
We can add a Spa Luncheon to any treatment and it can be enjoyed in our Quiet Room or on our Patio. Please ask at the time of booking.
We will require you to complete a Client History Form prior to your treatments and services. If you like, you may download the form here, complete it, and email it as an attachment. You may also download it from the same link, complete it, and bring it with you to your appointment.
